Descripion
It is refined by drawing, cutting and grinding process. Mainly used for all kinds of aluminum alloy, zinc die casting products of burr removal and cleaning. Specific gravity is close to steel, low hardness, so not only can not wear the surface of the product at the same time to remove larger burr and form an anti-rust layer on the metal surface. In addition, because different from aluminum abrasives, dust ignition point is very low, good safety. And the workpiece surface has a significant whitening effect.

Density: 7.1 g/cm3;
Hardness: 45 - 55 HV;
Specification: 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0, 8 mm and 1.0 mm

HIGH HARDNESS CAST ZINC SHOT
Main chemical composition: Zn>99%
Desity: 7.1 g/cm3;
Hardness: 55 - 65HV, 80 - 100HV;
Specification: 0.5mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm
